We will call you one day before the stipulated delivery date. You can change the delivery date during the call or contact us via the number on your invoice to change the delivery date.

We accept most payment methods available. In showrooms, we accept NETS, Cash, Paylah!, Paynow, Pay Anyone, Credit card, Debit card and Installment plans.

Yes we do provide credit card installment plans with 0% interest rates of up to 36 months. The banks include UOB, POSB, DBS, OCBC, AMEX, DINERS, MAYBANK.
 
Unfortunately we do not offer cash installments at the moment.

Yes, we can hold onto fully paid orders for up to 3 years.

All products have a default manufacture warranty of 1 year. Warranty is automatically activated at the time of delivery. Do retain the original invoice as a reminder of the actual date of delivery.*Note: "Display sets" or "As is" products are not covered under this warranty scheme.
